Courtney Ward, of CCA's CARPET ONE of Alexandria location, has just been selected to be a member of CARPET ONE's Retail Sales Professional Council (RSPC) and will serve a one year term beginning with the kick-off meeting in Manchester, NH on April 18, 2005. There were only ten candidates selected from over 1400 CARPET ONE locations in the United States.

Ward studied interior design at Marymount University, and was a six-year veteran of the Washington Design Center before joining CCA in 2000. She specializes in working with interior designers. Don Luciano, Residential Group Manager for CCA said, "Courtney is a great selection [for RSPC] and has the right experience to provide valuable information. She is a star performer for us and unusually effective with our clients."

According to Frank Chiera, Director of CARPET ONE's P21 Operations, "The RSPC was established in 2005 to provide CARPET ONE management with insights into how best to train other sales professionals in the marketing, product, merchandising, and selling process."
