When CCA was looking for a Showroom Manager for its CARPET ONE of Tysons location, it found the ideal candidate already working for the company. Three-year veteran, Kathryn Iacone, was selected to fill this role after considering her track record of success in sales and customer service at its Alexandria CARPET ONE location. Iacone came to CCA from Home Depot's flooring department and has established a reputation for superb customer service with her CCA clients. "I just want to do the best job I can do with each client…I don't look at it as selling as much as working with friends to find their perfect floor. That's what makes it all worthwhile for me."Don Luciano, CCA's Residential Group Manager, couldn't agree more with that sentiment.
